Batch Cleaning

Suitable for chemical processing, cosmetic, food, beverage, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries, an Ultra-Clean-in-Place option is now available for between-batch cleanings on M-700 Series Microfluidizer( processors. This option has been designed for hard-to-clean customer product materials and provides an effective cleaning mechanism between different product batches. It's meant to save time and maximize efficiency by ensuring that turbulent flow is achieved throughout all product contact passageways. Cleaning solutions pass through upstream and downstream flow paths before the "interaction chamber" is rinsed for the final time. The entire cleaning process requires no unit disassembly.
