High-Viscosity Mixer

The HI-FLUX Mixer and Reactor Technology™ is designed to improve mixing efficiency in applications involving high-viscosity, non-Newtonian (shear thinning) liquids. The technology uses a patented system that incorporates up-pumping axial-flow impellers inside an internally baffled draft tube. The system creates intense mixing action that produces high rates of fluid circulation throughout the mixing vessel or reactor. The technology is ideal for challenging applications, including processing of polymers, coatings, adhesives, chemicals and personal care products.
