The Advanced Feed System, coupled with a circular cold saw, turns a semi-automatic machine into a fully automated production machine. It is easy for an operator to enter cut lists into the controller, secure the material in the indexing clamp and hit start. The system automatically moves material to position, automatically clamps the material and cycles the machine with ۪.004 in. repeatable accuracy. Operators can manually enter dimensions into the controller or pull a cut list from the controller, powered by TigerStop, which stores up to 99 programs. Another option is downloading cut list information directly from a PC.
