Hydraulic Bulk Bag Conditioning System

Custom designed Material Master Hydraulic Bulk Bag Conditioning System withintegrated rotary lift table accepts two stacked bulk bags loaded via forklift and individually conditions both. Hydraulically actuated “compression” plates mounted on opposing sides break up material that has hardened or developed lumps inside bulk bags during transit and/or storage. The system can return most materials in bulk bags to a dischargeable state within minutes. It is available as a stand-alone unit, with forklift or hoist load, or as a modular section in company’s Material Master Bulk Bag Discharger.
