Fast-Opening Closure

This Rapidoor closure has an inner diameter of 182 in. with a 36-in. straight skirt to fit on a 10-ft-long rubber vulcanizer. Operating on a horizontal side swing, left-hand hinge, it weighs approximately 33,000 lbs, but will open or close in less than 30 seconds. A wedge-lock, breach action closure, it features a locking ring that provides an immediate, positive seal when rotating into the locking position.
