The high-speed APD centrifuge incorporates an automatic piston to totally discharge the solid phase from the centrifuge bowl as a dry-paste that can be easily transferred or reconstituted for further processing. Combining low shear flow-path features and rotational speeds from 0-20,000 x G, the multi-purpose centrifuge is designed to address the needs of laboratories through industrial separation processes.
