Modular Material Master Bulk Bag Discharger offers patent-pending features that maximize production efficiency. Automatically sequenced Flow-Master bag massagers and Power-Flo bag impactors promote material flow, while a Flo-Lock discharge spout closure system halts material flow for partial bag discharging. A Sure-Seal pneumatic spout clamping system seals the discharge spout during the discharge cycle. System includes a vibratory feeder, fully mounted dust collector and gain-in-weight batching controls. Units are custom designed per application requirements.
