Dust Collectors

Two dust collectors combine to provide efficient, reliable dust collection down to two microns. The PAC reverse pulse-jet models 12 and 16 are designed with an oversized compressed air cannon and reservoir that permit high volumes of powerful compressed air bursts to clean the filter cartridges at the frequent intervals required to deliver an air-to-cloth ratio of 1.3:1 to 1.8:1. A wide-space filter configuration and steep-angled hopper, supported by the powerful cleaning action, promote the consistent removal of dust without bridging, caking or other build-up. By continuously clearing the filter media the PAC dust collectors minimize resistance, maintain high airflows and promote maximum performance even with high volumes and abrasive materials in 24/7 operation.
