High Viscosity Disperser (1182)

The high viscosity disperser is designed to mix and blend high viscosity non-flowing materials, typically too viscous for a conventional disperser. These models are available with a conventional “bow tie” as well as a four blade 45-degree turbine. Several sizes are available starting with a laboratory model to production sizes handling volumes up to 500 hundred gallons. All units include stainless steel type 304 wetted parts; explosion proof, VFD-capable motors; hydraulic lifts; stainless steel shaft guards; explosion proof safety switches; and mix can locking mechanisms.
