Paddle Mixers

Horizontal paddle mixers provide fast, efficient mixing cycles with product levels down to 20 percent of the rated capacity. Featuring a bolted arm and adjustable paddle blade agitator design, blade clearances can be easily adjusted to maintain close clearances, even in abrasive applications. Offered in both carbon and stainless steel designs, in both batch and continuous models, all mixers make use of solid shafting for maximum reliability. Options include high-speed choppers for fast dispersion of minor ingredients, integral jackets for heating or cooling, and a variety of shaft seals and discharge valves.
