Bulk Solids Feeder

Mechatron feeders are designed to feed a variety of bulk solids materials like magnesium oxide, cabosil, calcium chloride, and TiO2 for chemical manufacturing processes. Because of the feeders’ versatility and different available model sizes and types they can be configured to meter a wide range of solid materials. The feeders are provided in both volumetric and gravimetric versions and feature a range of customer driven attributes including AC drive packages, flexible conical or all stainless steel hoppers, and helix configurations capable of feed rates from .002 to 1,100 cu ft per hour.
