Workers at a tire factory in Ohio who've been locked out for more than a week are accusing Cooper Tire of unfair labor practices.
Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. locked out about 1,000 workers at its plant in Findlay, a day after union members voted down a tentative three-year agreement.
Members of the United Steelworkers say that the company isn't being upfront about the contract being offered and that workers are being asked to approve a contract without knowing how much money they'll be making.
The union filed an unfair labor practice charge with the National Labor Relations Board on Tuesday.
Cooper Tire officials have said they need a competitive agreement to keep operating.
The company has brought in temporary workers to keep its Ohio plant running during the lockout.
