PORT-AU-PRINCE (Reuters) - Tropical Storm Emily idled on Thursday just south of Haiti, where hundreds of thousands of people left homeless by last year's devastating earthquake are vulnerable to high winds, torrential rains and dangerous floods and landslides.

Intermittent rain fell overnight in the sprawling Haitian capital of Port-au-Prince, where more than 600,000 survivors of the 2010 earthquake are still living in fragile tent and tarpaulin camps.
