Industrial chemical company RPM International Inc. said Thursday it will pay a dividend 21.5 cents, a 2.4 percent increase over its prior payout.
The company said the cash dividend will be payable on Oct. 31 to stockholders of record as of Oct. 17.
The company last paid a 21 cent dividend in July.
RPM International makes chemicals for a variety of industrial and consumer uses, including like flooring materials and residential water-proofing systems.
Shares of RPM International fell 17 cents to close at $20.43.
