(TSX VENTURE: EKD), a provider of manufacturing operations management solutions, today announced it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Qiming Information Technology Co., Ltd. of Changchun, China, (XSHE: 002232) to collaborate on the development and marketing of manufacturing execution systems (MES) in China, North America and Europe.
