DecisionPoint Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: DNPI), a leading provider of field workforce-based automation solutions, today announced that it has successfully delivered Grapevine Push-to-Talk software to Skycom Courier.

Skycom Courier is a regional courier company based in Boston, MA that provides full service delivery and has over 25 years of experience in the express delivery business. Skycom's suite of time-sensitive services at cost-effective prices includes same day bike, car, van and truck delivery throughout Greater Boston and New England, as well as same day and next day air service to any location in the U.S. Skycom required instant two-way communication between dispatchers and delivery drivers and was looking for a solution that would integrate with their handheld mobile devices.

DecisionPoint worked with Skycom to identify, configure and deploy ruggedized devices featuring Grapevine Push-to-Talk software to their route drivers. This integrated solution provides increased productivity and improves communications between dispatch and drivers with instant two-way communication no matter where they are located. Currently 20 of Skycom's 35 drivers are using Grapevine Push-to-Talk software to communicate while in the field and Skycom has plans to provide the solution to their on-demand drivers in the future.

"Skycom Courier is extremely satisfied with the DecisionPoint Grapevine technology," said Scott Baker, President of Skycom Courier. "The system has proven to be a comprehensive solution to meeting all of our communication needs with one device."

Bennett Bernstein, Compliance Manager for Skycom Courier, added, "The drivers can scan their packages and talk to dispatch with the same handheld unit, which has increased their efficiency. The Grapevine Push-to-Talk program is very user friendly."

"We are pleased to have delivered an integrated field mobility solution that provides the instant two-way communication Skycom needed for their delivery drivers," stated Brent Felker, DecisionPoint's Vice President of Field Mobility. "We at DecisionPoint are happy we could meet the challenge and provide a cost-effective solution that improves communications and productivity."
