A PDS client since 1993, Lee County Clerk of Courts uses Vista HRMS to host payroll, HR and benefits for four government agencies, including the Southwest Florida International Airport, Lee County Government, Administration Office of the Court and its own organization; as well as benefits for 10 non-payroll agencies. The PDS Vista HRMS solution manages and tracks more than 11,000 current and former employees in the HR application and runs payroll for over 3,500 active employees.

"Version 4.1 offers significantly more functionality than the version we were using and we are leveraging these new features to better serve our employees and streamline our processes."
With the PDS on-premise solution, the Lee County Clerk was able to handle the upgrade to Vista HRMS version 4.1 with internal resources. Owning the software gives us more control and enables us to easily configure and manage it ourselves.
