LONDON (Reuters) - European carbon emissions futures were barely changed in Monday's early trade, as prices sought direction, traders said.
EU Allowances for December delivery were unchanged at 14.65 euros ($18.45) a tonne at 0646 GMT, after opening a cent lower, with light volume at 474 lots traded.
Benchmark certified emissions reductions were slow to trade.
