LOS ANGELES, July 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.47 per share on Northrop Grumman common stock, payable Sept. 11, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business Aug.30, 2010.
