Calgon Carbon Corp., which makes water and air purifying systems, said Wednesday its chief financial officer has resigned and it has named a replacement.
The company named Stevan R. Schott its new chief financial officer, effective immediately. Schott, 47, replaces Leroy M. Ball, 42, who has joined another company, effective Sept. 1.
Schott joined Calgon Carbon in 2007 as executive director of finance. He was promoted to vice president of finance in 2008.
Ball joined Calgon Carbon in 2000 as assistant controller. He has been chief financial officer since 2002.
