WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Lawmakers accused BP Plc Chief Executive Tony Hayward of evasion and ducking responsibility for the worst oil spill in U.S. history at a hearing on Thursday that was rocked by a Republican member of the panel apologizing to the company.
