The coroner says a man found dead at a Pueblo County medical marijuana farm where he worked had several injuries on his face and chest.
Pueblo County Coroner James Kramer has identified the man found Sunday as 53-year-old Kenneth Rose Jr. Kramer said Monday that preliminary autopsy results indicate Rose had been in a recent altercation, but the cause of death hasn't been determined.
Authorities say Rose was found early Sunday by another farm employee. They say Rose often stayed at a residence on the property.
