BEIJING (Reuters) - State-owned companies eclipsed private rivals by offering the lowest grid feed-in tariffs for all of China's second batch of utility-level solar power projects open for tender, Chinese media reported on Tuesday.
Offers ranged from 0.7288 yuan per kilowatt hour (kWh) to 1.09 yuan/kWh, with the lowest offers for all 13 projects below 0.8 yuan/kWh, the 21th Century Business Herald reported.
The lowest offer price was consistent with an earlier Reuters report.
