LIVERMORE, Calif. (AP) -- FormFactor Inc., a maker of chip testing equipment, on Friday said it has settled a patent suit it filed against competitor Micronics Japan Co. in 2006.
Details of the settlement were not disclosed.
Shares of the Livermore-based company rose 5 cents to $10.63 in morning trading.
