COPENHAGEN (Reuters) - Europe should consider adopting the new British government's proposal for a floor price on carbon as a way to would steer the energy industry's future investment, Danish DONG Energy's chief said.
Chief Executive Anders Eldrup told the Reuters Global Energy Summit on Wednesday that he would support "quite a high floor" followed by stepwise increments, though he stopped short of saying where the minimum carbon dioxide price should lie.
