Arizona Instrument recently launched its redesigned Web site—www.azic.com—which now features complete information on all product lines and optional accessories. According to the company, the new format provides quick access to information on recommended instruments with a simple click of an icon. Arizona Instrument is an ISO 9001:2000-registered company that designs, manufactures and markets Computrac® precision moisture, solids and ash analysis instruments, as well as Jerome® portable and fixed toxic gas detectors. The company says that the customer service section of its Web site provides information on training class schedules, on-site field services, technology updates, frequently asked questions and much more. Furthermore, you can easily send in instruments for repair or annual calibration via an online simple-return material authorization form. Users who have recently sent in an instrument for repair or calibration can also fill out a survey for a chance to win an IPod® Nano. The Web site, moreover, offers downloadable manuals and product brochures, in addition to international distributor locations and a list of trade shows where you can see a live demonstration of Arizona Instrument's instrumentation. In related news, the company has just relocated and announced that facility tours are available. October 20 marked the company's first official day of conducting business from a new building in Chandler, AZ (just 12 miles southeast of its old location). The spacious floor plan and custom-built labs help the company to continue to produce quality products and services.
