ITW Performance Polymers, Danvers, MA, has acquired Franklynn Industries Inc., the Ohio-based manufacturer of DiamondKote and AquaLift environmentally safe mold release coatings. These water-based coatings are used in the molding of rubber, EVA, composite, FRP, polyurethane, polyester, and thermoplastic parts. They replace high-VOC chemicals in the cleaning and coating of molds. Other products include anti-squeak, rustproofing, anti-graffiti, and weather-strip coatings; die cast lubes; anti-foaming agents; masonry sealers; and spray equipment.

ADS LLC, Huntsville, AL, has acquired DWC Technologies, a wastewater flow service provider in Birmingham, AL. DWC offers technologies and services for utility location, mapping, inspection, evaluation, and flow monitoring.
Clawson
Snyder Industries, a manufacturer of polyethylene tanks and containers for the storage, transportation, and processing of bulk materials, has acquired the Asset Tank divisions of Clawson Container Co. These divisions include manufacturing plants that produce both rotationally molded and fabricated steel intermediate bulk containers (IBC) as well as related rental tank fleets used to support similar end markets. Clawson Container will retain its blow-molded IBC manufacturing plants and related business units, which include IBC North America and Clean Tide Container. Snyder is headquartered in Lincoln, NE.
