Promotion: Moore

Tina Lockhart has been promoted to director of engineering at Moore Industries-International Inc., North Hills, CA. Lockhart joined the company last year as product development manager. She has more than 20 years of R&D experience and more than 10 years in management. Prior to joining Moore Industries, Lockhart was a program manager at BAE Systems.
