Acquisition: Coen Co. Inc.

John Zink Co. LLC, Tulsa, OK, has finalized the acquisition of Coen Co. Inc., a privately held combustion supplier to the power generation, steam generation, and process combustion markets. Coen, based in Woodland, CA, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of John Zink, a provider of advanced combustion systems.
