The Indianapolis-based company said it had net income of $1 per share.
The manufacturer of computerized machine tools for the metal cutting industry posted revenue of $75.9 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported profit of $15.1 million, or $2.25 per share. Revenue was reported as $243.7 million.
Hurco shares have remained the same since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 23 percent in the last 12 months.
