MCALESTER, Okla. (AP) — Chickasaw Nation Industries has gotten a $22 million contract for construction services at a federal munitions plant.
McAlester economic development leaders tell The McAlester News-Capital (https://bit.ly/2i6MYCa ) the contract was issued by the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant several months ago.
McAlester Chamber of Commerce president says the contract is for construction projects, including some refurbishment work and new construction.
Chickasaw Nation Industries is a federally chartered corporation owned by the Chickasaw Nation. It is headquartered in Norman.
