On the CBS MoneyWatch, oil prices slip and Americans stock up on Halloween candy. Jill Wagner is at the New York Stock Exchange with that and more. Good morning, Jill.

JILL WAGNER: Good morning, Anne-Marie. News that the FBI is reviewing e- mails related to Hillary Clinton`s private server sent stocks lower on Friday. For the week, though, the Dow gained sixteen points. The S&P lost fourteen and the NASDAQ finished sixty-seven points lower.

The electric carmaker Tesla unveiled new energy product, solar roof tiles. Tesla says the roof tiles collect ninety-eight percent of the power that conventional solar panels do and last as long as the house does. Tesla says the tiles can be manufactured in a range of styles and would cost less than a conventional roof, plus, solar panels.

It was an upset at the box office this weekend. In a surprise win, Tyler Perry`s latest movie Boo! A Madea Halloween remained at number one for the second straight week. Madea held off the third installment of the Da Vinci Code franchise starring Tom Hanks. Inferno took in about half of its pre- released estimates. And Jack Reacher: Never Go Back came in third.

And this Halloween candy sales are booming. According to the economics organization IHS Global Insights sales of Halloween candy are expected to rise by about five and a half percent this year to nearly four billion dollars. The group says seventy-five percent of American households buy Halloween candy and seventy-two percent of parents say that they share in their children`s take with or without their knowledge.
