President Obama is in Texas on Tuesday to promote his jobs plan. Visits with foreign leaders and championship teams highlight the remainder of the week. The President of Honduras visits the White House on Wednesday and the Prime Minister of Tunisia visits on Friday. On Thursday, the President hosts the national champion Texas A&M women’s basketball team, and on Friday, the 1985 Chicago Bears meet the President—25 years after their Super Bowl win.

The Senate returns to Washington on Monday and will hold two votes: one to confirm Henry Floyd to a seat of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and another relating to the Currency Exchange Rate Oversight Reform Act (S. 1619).

The House votes Tuesday on the Senate-passed legislation to fund government operations through the middle of November. Later in the week, the House will consider legislation that would delay the Environmental Protection Agency’s Boiler and Cement MACT rules. See the Majority Leader’s schedule here.
