Ways and Means Chairman Takes Your Questions on the Pending Trade Agreements
There are a lot of misconceptions and questions about the impact of the Colombia, Panama and Korea Free Trade Agreements. These three agreements will create jobs and provide a boost for our economic recovery. The ITC estimates that just the Korea agreement alone will increase U.S. exports to Korea by $9.7 billion and add $10.1 billion per year to our GDP.
House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R-MI) along with Reps. Brady (R-TX), Boustany (R-LA) and Reichart (R-WA) will be answering questions on the FTAs submitted through Facebook. They will begin posting video video responses when the House returns from recess the week of July 11.
