WASHINGTON– Officials representing the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance
(EPA), the U.S. Department of Justice Environment and Natural
Resources Division (ENRD) and Department of Transportation Pipeline
and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) will announce
a major settlement impacting the environment and pipeline safety on
