Quaker Chemical Corp. on Wednesday declared a quarterly dividend of 23.5 cents, in line with last quarter's payout.
The dividend is payable Oct. 29 to shareholders of record on Oct. 15.
Quaker Chemical develops, produces and markets custom-formulated chemical specialty products. It also provides chemical services for manufacturers, primarily in the steel and automotive industries.
