Bulova Technologies Group Inc. said Thursday that it expects to meet its financial reporting obligations by the end of the year.
The company said it would finish work on the 2009 financial audit and 2010 quarterly results.
Separately, it said it was talking to a potential buyer for a manufacturing division and expects to complete the sale by Nov. 15. It wants to sell the BT Manufacturing Co. in Melbourne, Fla.
Also, the company said the backlog of its ordnance-systems business in Mayo, Fla., was $61 million in firm purchase orders and it hopes to increase that over the next three months.
The Clearwater, Fla., company makes electronic circuit boards, ammunition, fuses and other products. It also brokers the movement of military equipment across international borders.
