Bluespring Software (Bluespring), a leading provider of Business Process Innovation (BPI) technology and solutions, today announced the addition of two new senior managers to support the company's growth.
Rich Kurz has been named Bluespring Vice President of Client Services and Development. In this executive role, he is responsible for Software Engineering, Product Management, Professional Services and Customer Support spanning Bluespring's Business Process Analysis (BPA), Business Process Management (BPM), and Operational Excellence (OE) products.
Rich brings to Bluespring over 20 years of experience in software development, project management and ITIL aligned customer support, in roles as Vice President, Regional Vice President, and Director at Five9 Technologies, Pomeroy IT Solutions and Alternative Resources Corporation respectively. Since 2001, Rich has helped many organizations benefit from the successful execution of process improvement initiatives in the banking, retail, manufacturing, insurance and services industries.
Greg Philippe has been named Bluespring Director of Strategic Alliances. In this newly formed role, he is responsible for establishing an expanded Bluespring partner program and building the partner channel for the full range of Bluespring Business Process Innovation (BPI) products and services with focus on the U.S. and EMEA. Greg will also be establishing distribution partnerships in the Asia/Pacific region.
Greg brings over 20 years of experience in software sales channel development and management, both in the U.S. and Internationally. He has held the position of Director of Channel Operations for Kazeon Systems, Legato Systems and EMC Corporation.
