Part of the company’s website,, includes the Reid Knowledge Base, located at the bottom of the website. This is where anyone visiting Reid can access a variety of free, fun and useful functions.

The company Newsletter presents articles about industry and just fun and interesting things; Tools You Can Use presents a host of industrial widgets for energy conservation, workplace posters, performance benchmarking, newsfeeds, fuel cost calculator, facility assessment wizard, motor calculator and more; The CAD library offers free CAD drawings on tens-of-thousands of Reid Supply industrial parts; Their Resource Guides present industry information about categories of products sold by Reid Supply; White Papers, Product Line Card and more.

“We think that these free resources are very valuable to our industry and educational customers,” says John Carrier, President of Reid Supply Company. “While they are all very useful, I don’t think a lot of people know that we have all of these energy and other calculators right on and completely free for anyone to use.”

The company made the tools available to visitors to their website to enhance the use for anyone.
