China Electric Motor Changes CFO

NEW YORK (AP) -- China Electric Motor Inc., which serves numerous industries from automotive to home appliance, replaced its chief financial officer on Friday.

Heung Sang, who became a director at China Electric in January, takes over the post from Haixia Zhang. Sang was also named corporate secretary, a position that was also held by Zhang.

Zhang will become corporate controller of the company.

Sang at one time served as CFO at Apollo Solar Energy Inc.

The company last month reported lower first-quarter profits because of expenses related to its initial public offering.
