Harley Names Olin Permanent CFO

Motorcycle maker named John Olin as chief financial officer on a permanent basis; Olin had been interim CFO since Tom Bergmann left May 1.

MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Motorcycle maker Harley-Davidson Inc. said Friday it named John Olin as the company's chief financial officer on a permanent basis.

Olin, 48, had been interim CFO since May 1 when he replaced Tom Bergmann. Olin joined Harley-Davidson in May 2003 as vice president and controller.

Before that, he spent 12 years in various financial roles at Kraft Foods, Oscar Mayer Foods and Miller Brewing Companies.
