CHADDS FORD, Pa. (AP) -- Endo Pharmaceuticals Holdings Inc. said Wednesday Chief Operating Officer Nancy Wysenski will resign Sept. 1 to deal with family matters.
Endo hired Wysenski as chief operating officer in September 2007. The company said it has hired an executive search firm to help find a new COO.
In morning trading, Endo shares picked up 5 cents to $21.11.
