LAS VEGAS (AP) -- Gambling products maker Shuffle Master Inc. said Friday it has appointed Linster Fox, a former executive from the power electronics industry, as its new chief financial officer.
Fox was most recently CFO of Cherokee International Inc., a custom power electronics maker. His appointment at Shuffle Master is effective Saturday. He was previously at software company Anacomp Inc., most recently as CFO.
He succeeds Coreen Sawdon, the interim CFO since March 2008.
Las Vegas-based Shuffle Master makes automatic card shufflers, roulette chip sorters, slot machines and other gambling products.
Shares were unchanged at $7.32 in morning trading.
