Dover CFO To Retire

Diversified manufacturer Dover Corp. said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Robert G. Kuhbach is retiring and will be succeeded by Brad M. Cerepak.

NEW YORK (AP) -- Diversified manufacturer Dover Corp. said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Robert G. Kuhbach is retiring and will be succeeded by Brad M. Cerepak.

Cerepak, 50, will take over as CFO in August but has already started with the company as vice president of finance.

Kuhbach, 62, will remain CFO until July 31, at which point he will serve as vice president and senior advisor until he retires later in the year. He has worked at the company since 1993 and has been CFO since November 2002.

Cerepak, who previously served as vice president and controller of Trane Inc., will report to Chief Executive Bob Livingston.

Dover makes refrigeration products, pumps, and all-wheel drive powertrain systems as well as products for the oil and gas industry.

In morning trading, Dover shares fell 38 cents to $35.31.
