FINDLAY, Ohio (AP) -- Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. said Thursday its chief financial officer Phil Weaver will retire at the end of the year.
Weaver, 56, has worked for Cooper Tire for 19 years. Weaver has served as CFO since 1999.
Cooper Tire will begin a search for a new CFO and expects to name a replacement by the end of the year. The company will consider both internal and external candidates for the position.
