Sifco Industries Appoints COO

Metalworking products and services company said Monday that James P. Woidke has been promoted to chief operating officer.

CLEVELAND (AP) -- Sifco Industries Inc. said Monday that James P. Woidke has been promoted to chief operating officer of the metalworking products and services company.

Woidke had been general manager of Sifco's aerospace component manufacturing group. He will report to Michael S. Liposcomb, president and CEO of the Cleveland-based company.

Shares fell 7 cents to $15.54 in afternoon trading.
