GOLETA, Calif. (AP) -- Shoe maker Deckers Outdoor Corp. said Monday that its chief financial officer, Thomas Hillebrandt, has resigned.
The company said the resignation was effective on Friday. In a statement, Deckers said Hillebrandt left "to pursue other opportunities."
Chief Operating Officer Zohar Ziv, a former CFO, will act as the company's principal financial officer until a replacement is named.
Deckers makes shoes under brands such as UGG, Teva, Simple Shoes, TSUBO and Deckers.
Shares closed Friday at $48.23. They have traded in a 52-week range of $37.24 to $146.60.
