NORTH CANTON, Ohio (AP) -- ATM maker Diebold Inc. said Monday Bradley Stephenson will be the vice president of the company's security division.
Stephenson, who was vice president of the company's physical security solution division, has worked for Diebold for more than 35 years. He will now be responsible for the company's enterprise security and fire services operations, government solutions group, monitoring services, and more.
"This change is designed to drive efficiencies through defined business processes, targeted geographic focus and organizational optimization," said Thomas Swidarski, Diebold president and chief executive officer.
Separately, Dennis Moriarty, senior vice president of global security, will be leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. He joined Diebold in 1996 as Eastern Division vice president, and became vice president of the company's global security division in 2005.
Shares of Diebold added 56 cents, or 2.5 percent, to close at $22.88.
