WALTHAM, Mass. (AP) -- Biotechnology company ImmunoGen Inc. said Friday it named Gregory Perry as senior vice president and chief financial officer.
He replaces Daniel Junius, 55, who was previously promoted to chief executive, effective Jan.1, as longtime chief Mitchel Sayare resigns the post. Sayare, 60, remains chairman of the board of directors.
Prior to joining ImmunoGen, Perry was chief financial officer at Elixir Pharmaceuticals Inc.
Shares of the company lost 5 cents to $4.58 in morning trading.
