CYPRESS, Calif. -- Toyo Tires has promoted corporate officials in both Toyo Tire Holdings Americas Inc. (TTHA) and its subsidiary Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. (TTC).
Effective January 1, 2009, Carlos (Shozo) Kibata will become chairman of TTHA. He is currently president and CEO of TTHA, and was the founding president of Toyo Tire North America Manufacturing Inc. (TNA).
Masaharu Yoshimoto, current president and CEO of TTC, is promoted to president and CEO of TTHA.
Yasushi Takagi has been promoted to president and CEO of TTC. He was appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer of TTC in September 2008.
